The Centre is easily accessed by the City's roadways and freeways. The new City Link connects the Centre with the Airport in just 20 minutes.

- Early bird $10 (in by 10am, out by 6am next day)
First hour $5.50
Maximum fee $25 (all day)
Mon – Fri Overnight flat rate $9 (between 4pm and 6am)
Weekend $10 per 24 hours (between 6am Saturday until 6am Monday) - Height clearance 2.3m

Trams
Tram routes for the Melbourne Exhibition Centre:
- Route 96 - St Kilda to East Brunswick
- Route 109 - Port Melbourne to Box Hill
- Route 112 - West Preston to St Kilda
Trains
Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations are both a short stroll from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. These stations are major hubs for suburban, regional and interstate rail services. Directions and ticketing information is available from Centre staff.

Taxis
Taxi ranks are located at both the Melbourne Exhibition Centre and the Melbourne Convention Centre as well as all major hotels, Crown Entertainment Complex and Spencer and Flinders Street stations.
Skybus
Skybus Super Shuttle is the official transit link between Melbourne Airport and the central business district. It departs every 15 minutes from Southern Cross station, a five-minute walk from the Centre.
